Best transportation for a family of 8 (7adults/1chilld) flying into Orlando and staying at a Disney Resort?

Hi Debbie, and welcome to planDisney!

There is something special about arriving for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation with all of your loved ones in tow, knowing that you are about to have the best time.

I would usually recommend renting a vehicle (specifically, a van), but with eight passengers, it might be more accessible to utilize a shuttle service like Mears Connect. Based on my experience, Mears was convenient and a great experience, making it an excellent choice for your family. If you decide to reserve Mears, you will have to obtain your luggage, arrive at Level 1 of Terminal B or C, and check in at the counter, and someone will be able to assist from that point. Imagine it: you get off your flight, board the coach, and can relax while you arrive ready to make memories. Once you arrive, you will have no issues getting around because you will have access to Bus Transportation, Monorail Transportation, and the Disney Skyliner. Of course, you can not forget the Minnie Van Service, which is available for hire and can come in handy if someone in the group wants to experience a different activity.

We will be here if you have any additional questions.

    Have a magical experience!
