What is the best time of yr to travel to DW as far as smaller crowds and weather (75 or so)? Can you please give me about 3 dates? Thanks.

Fortunately, WDW has already identified times when the crowds are lighter (lower resorts costs, too) right here.  Similarly, here is another similar link; click on the box to the right marked "What are some great times to visit" to see the average temperature and rainfall.

Probably the most important aspect in avoiding crowds is to avoid holidays and typical school breaks. Then, the weather is often enjoyable (but a bit unpredictable) during the winter months.
If I could pick 3 dates to travel, I'd first opt for the time after Thanksgiving to Christmas; the holidays decorations at WDW are so amazing.  My second option is January to mid-February.  Since I live in the cold, wintry state of Nebraska, the chance to escape the warm weather of Florida is priceless.  Finally, I enjoy visiting during May to see the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot, but the weather can be a bit warmer, but nothing like August.
