when is the best time of year to visit for shorter lines?

    Hi Evelyn!
That is the $64,000 question. The window of times to visit when the parks aren't at least somewhat crowded has decreased dramatically over the past several years. With so many park options/events, plus ESPN Wide World of Sports, etc. Walt Disney World is able to host a wide variety of events year-round that draws a wide array of guests. That said, the least crowded times of year to visit remain the first week of January, late January to mid-February, July 18-September 30, and after Thanksgiving until the week before Christmas. My favorite time to visit is between Thanksgiving and Christmas because not only are the crowds small, but the parks and resorts are decked out beautifully for the holidays. The weather is a bit inconsistent,  but still very nice most of the time. I hope this helps clarify things a bit, but let me know if you need more information. :)
