When is the best time of year to take a trip to Disney World?

    Hello Tony!!!

Wow...what a GREAT question!!!!  My family has experienced the Disney Magic at all times of the year, but I would say the BEST time to visit Walt Disney World is early November.  There are several reasons why I say this.  First, the crowds typically are low during this time because kids are still in school.  Second, the weather is very pleasant and mild.  (NOTE:  I see you are from Texas, so it can get a little chilly!)  Third, and most important, Disney World turns into a Winter Wonderland with the absolutely AWESOME Christmas decorations throughout the Disney Theme Parks and Disney Resorts!!!  This is like the Triple Threat of vacation experiences - lower crowds, great weather, and beautiful decorations!!!

Last year my family went to Disney World the week before Thanksgiving, and it was INCREDIBLE!!!  However, we stayed until Sunday of Thanksgiving week, and Saturday and Sunday were very crowded.  Last year, all of the Christmas decorations were up on or around November 10th, so this should give you a good window to see what dates in November are great to visit Walt Disney World.

I sure hope this helps you in your planning.  If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
