Best time to visit with a preschooler

    Hi Helane,

Glad you stopped by today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let's get planning!

When is the best time to visit Walt Disney World Resort? Anytime! There is always something happening throughout the year. My favorite time to visit is the fall. The early part brings you Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, an awesome special event to help Mickey and his friends trick-or-treat. And there is no better place to celebrate the Holidays. You cannot miss Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!

An awesome guide for Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones is available, and will give you lots of ideas. Best time to visit with younglings is when school is in session, and when the weather is not too hot. Also, consider all the Benefits of Staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. This is great for taking mid-afternoon breaks.

One last tip: a Character meal is something everyone will remember forever. My favorite is Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort, and you can make dining reservations up to 180 days in advance. Happy planning!

    Ricardo.
