    When is the best time to visit the future cruise sales desk? Is it only open certain hours? Is it open when you board the ship? I'm worried about long lines.

    I was excited to see that you sailed back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask more fantastic questions! I often joke with friends saying one of my favorite activities to do onboard a Disney Cruise is plan the next one! It's always sad leaving the ship at the end of a magical voyage, but knowing that there is another Disney Cruise Line cruise on the horizon makes debarkation a little less glum.

    Amanda, you asked a GREAT question because the Disney Vacation Planning Center (previously called the Future Cruise Sales desk) is only open during certain hours of the day during your voyage. During our most recent cruise aboard the Disney Dream, the Disney Vacation Planning Center was open the evening of embarkation day from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Other hours of operation for the remaining days of our sailings were typically 8:30 a.m (sometimes 9:00 a.m.) to 10:00 a.m. (sometimes 12:00 p.m.) and 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day. Although the schedule is always subject to change, these times give you an idea of when you can possibly expect the desk to be open during your upcoming cruise! The hours each day for the Disney Vacation Planning Center will be located on your Personal Navigator newsletter or Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.

    I highly recommend stopping by the Disney Vacation Planning Center early on in your cruise! It has been my experience that the closer we get to debarkation day, the longer the lines to book future cruises become. If you have time on your first evening onboard and the Disney Vacation Planning Center is open, stop by!
