When is the best time to visit Disneyland in June ?

    Hey Dora!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I couldn’t think of a better place to kick off summer than a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Anytime is a good time to visit the Disneyland Resort. I see you’re planning a trip in June. Being an Annual Passholder for the past few years, I visit at all times of the year. We usually plan an extended stay for a few days in June or July. If your schedule allows and you're going to be visiting in June, I would recommend a stay either the first or second week of June before the schools in the surrounding areas are out for summer vacation. I have visited all weeks in June and I have found that it’s a little calmer those first couple of weeks before summer vacation. A lot of families plan trips for Memorial Day at the end of May so those two weeks in between Memorial Day and Summer vacation have been good to us in the past.

Have you considered a stay at the Disneyland Hotel for your trip in June? We love the Monorail Pool and its E-Ticket water slide. My kids can’t get enough of the slide while my wife and I lounge on the chairs with our beverage of choice. You’ll have three towers to choose from for your stay with each one designed to represent the original lands of Disneyland Park. Walking the grounds gives you that classic Disneyland Park feel where you can just feel the magic. We love splurging at Steakhouse 55 or you can find us summoning Uh Oa, the tiki goddess of disaster, with a Polynesian cocktail at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar

Well Dora, I wish you the best on your planning and if you have any more questions please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Remember, always believe in the magic!
