Welcome back to planDisney, Daniel! I'd happily help you find the best time to visit
The Most Magical Place On Earth in 2025.
Start by considering factors you can control, like your work schedule and your children's school and sports commitments. This might naturally narrow the year to a specific season or a few months, such as summer vacation.
Next, check the
Disney Vacation Club point charts, which align with off-season and peak-season times at Disney. The charts typically start with the off-season (usually September 1-30) and progress to peak times like Spring Break and Christmastime. While these charts can indicate when crowds might be lighter, also research
runDisney events and
EPCOT Festivals (such as the International Festival of the Arts, Flower & Garden Festival, Food & Wine Festival, and Festival of the Holidays), which can impact even the slower seasons.
Consider whether you and your family want to attend special events like
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party,
Disney Jollywood Nights, or
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. These ticketed events, separate from regular theme park admission, offer perks like trick-or-treating and special fireworks shows.
One of my favorite times to visit is January. It's a great escape from the cold winter months back home, with generally lower park wait times, though it can sometimes be a bit too chilly for swimming. We’ve also enjoyed trips in February and June.
I’m especially looking forward to visiting in September when school is back in session, and the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival kicks off!I hope this helps, Daniel. If you have more questions after narrowing down your date options,
feel free to reach out. Happy planning, and see you real soon!
