What is the best time to visit Disney for low crowds??

    Rosalie,

If your highest priority in planning a trip is low crowds (rather than specific weather conditions, seasonal events/offerings, or park hours), you have several excellent travel options.  In my experience, the Winter (excluding the holidays, including Christmas, New Year's, Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents' Day weekend) is often the least crowded time.  We recently traveled in mid-January and had very short waits for most attractions.  It was too cool for us to swim, but we enjoyed the extra time in the parks.   September (after Labor Day Weekend) and October also usually offer light crowds, and the weather is more moderate.  May and Early June are also great months, with generally moderate crowds and outstanding weather (it's often sunny and warm, without being overly humid as it is during the summer.)

I absolutely recommend traveling at off-peak times if you are able to, as being able to explore the parks with smaller crowds really is a pleasure!
