when is the best time to come? I have been there 2 times in aug the first time it is too hot for me and i end up not feeling good from the heat and the 2nd time it raind the whole time. the rain was ok it kept the heat off for a while. i was told may???

    Hi Crystal!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

If you are referring purely to the weather to judge the best time to come to Walt Disney World, then I can understand how the heat in August can affect some people.  Of course, with the humidity of August, comes the rain too.  I have visited in August a few times and I welcome the rain, as it does refresh the air, and is usually gone as quickly as it arrives.  However, if you are looking for cooler temperatures, here are the average high/low temperatures throughout the year: January 72/50 (2.4 inches rain); February 74/51 (2.3 inches rain); March 79/56 (3.5 ins rain); April 83/60 (2.4 ins rain); May 88/66 (3.7 ins rain); June 91/71 (7.3 ins rain); July 92/73 (6.2 ins rain); August 90/73 (5.8 ins rain); September 90/72 (5.8 ins rain); October 85/65 (2.7 ins rain); November 79/59 (2.3 ins rain); December 73/53 (2.3 ins rain).

If you wish to avoid the highest heat/humidity then I think April/May is a good time (I've enjoyed the temperatures at this time of year) and also September/October (but there is more rain).  Of course it can be unseasonably hot during any of these months.

If there are other factors that would help you make your decision, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
