Hello, Leonard,
Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. You have me daydreaming about fish & chips and sticky toffee pudding, two of my favorite menu items at the
Rose & Crown Dining Room at EPCOT. The lakeside seating on the patio makes the experience even better, especially if you time your reservation to coincide with the 9:00 PM fireworks at EPCOT. With your trip happening later this year, you'll be able to enjoy the return of
EPCOT Forever! The best way to do this is to book the
Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package, which provides you with seating on the patio. It includes a prix fixe meal with one appetizer, one entrée, a dessert platter, and unlimited beverages. Otherwise, I would try to make your reservation around 8:00 PM, but please know it may be an indoor table. When you check in at the restaurant, you can ask for a table with a view of the fireworks. They may not be able to not honor your request, but they will certainly try.
Three other favorite spots that my family likes to dine and watch the fireworks at EPCOT are
Spice Road Table (which is our favorite rainy afternoon spot, too), which also has a
Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package. La Cantina de San Angel is a quick service restaurant with some fabulous views, too, from its patio. However, it does fill up quickly so you'd want to arrive early, possibly even before 8:00 PM.
La Hacienda de San Angel is right next door, but it is a table service restaurant so you'd want to make an
online reservation beforehand. The windows in the restaurant are quite large so even if you aren't sitting directly next to one, you should be able to see the fireworks.
Wishing you a magical trip with plenty of great views of fireworks! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
