Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question! November is one of my favorite times of year to visit the Disneyland Resort - the weather is beautiful, and it's just before the holidays.
When planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, you need both valid
theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit. You can purchase your tickets pretty much at any point, but the park reservations are only available for a particular window of time in the future from your point of purchase.
However, they're currently available almost through the end of the year as of the time that I'm answering your question, which means the best time to purchase your tickets and make your park reservations for an early November trip is: now!
November and December can tend to be a busier time of year, although in my experience early November tends to be a bit slower than closer to the end of the year. It should be an amazing time to plan your visit!
Over the next few months, I'd also recommend you keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog as they should have more information about what to expect during the time of your visit.
