When and where is the best time to meet the Disney Characters for pictures?

Hi Lynda!  Character dining is always a popular way to greet and meet the characters as well as get autographs and pictures with them.  If you are not planning on doing any special dining then one of my favorite spots  to meet the characters is at EPCOT!  This is located to the right of the large fountain in Future World and you will most likely be able to see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, and Chip and Dale. Characters do change but they will always have a wide variety of the major Disney names on hand to greet you and the family as well as get some wonderful pictures with them.  The line does get long as the day goes on so I would suggest you arrive as early as possible when the park opens.  The line is located inside so if it is inclement weather or hot you are at least waiting in air conditioned space!
