    when is the best time to go to the very merry christmas parade and where should we stay. this will be our first time to the magic kingdom with our children of 3 and 1 year of age. thank you

    Hi Michelle - While dates aren't out yet for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, I generally recommend visiting in early December.  Weather can definitely vary, but it's usually pretty nice during that time.  In addition, it's not as crowded because most kids are in school.

    Where you stay will really depend upon your family's budget for this vacation.  If money is no object, I'd recommend that you stay at the Polynesian, which is great for young kids.  In addition, it's the perfect location for getting to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.  If you are on a budget, then I'd recommend Pop Century, which is my favorite of the value resorts.  It's lots of fun, and is fairly convenient for transportation.
