    When is the best time to catch Remy @ Les Chefs de France restaurant in Epcot? We'd like to go there for dinner & will be @ WDW 11/5 thru 11/10.

    Hi Shanna! My family and I were in Les Chefs de France on Mother's Day and I asked about Remy then. I was told by a friend of Remy that he visits daily from 12 - 2:40pm, then from 4:30 - 6pm and takes Sundays off. This information is of course subject to change, you know how fickle those gourmet-chef rats can be, but hopefully that schedule will be the same for you in November.
