When is the best time to book a Disney vacation, we want to go in early June but we want to get the lowest price, should we book the vacation the day that the prices come out in late August or should we wait until early May?

    Hi Greg!

I always recommend booking the resort as soon as possible, especially if you have your heart set on a particular resort!  Generally speaking, I recommend guests start planning their trip at least 7 months out; that really gives guests the most choices with regards to dining, since reservations can be made 180 days in advance.

If a discount comes out, you can always call Disney and have it applied to your reservation as long as it's applicable.  I've found the easiest way to do everything is to work with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  They are travel agents who specialize in vacations to Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney.  Generally, their services are free to the guests and they proactively look for new discounts that can be applied!  Just remember that Disney only allows one discount to be used, so you can't stack discounts on top of discounts; however, you can change from one to the other!

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
