Hi Kayla! A very merry unbirthday to you.
Budgeting is always an important factor for my family when planning our Disneyland Resort vacations as well, so I can appreciate your concern. There's no magical best time to book, but I can give you some hints for finding the best value you can.
First, I would keep my eye on the
Offers and Discounts available. Currently, Spring Offers are posted, but those will be expiring soon. Since you have a specific date in mind, watching for your trip window to fall within the offer period will be important! I always find it is best to book one of these offers as soon as they are advertised as hotels do sometimes fill up.
Second, I'd consider a Vacation Package, either for an onsite
Disneyland Resort Hotel or a
Good Neighbor Hotel. These always offer Guests good value by combining your hotel stay with your
admission tickets, and come with benefits, such as discounts in the parks and
Early Entry, depending on your choice of hotel. Vacation Packages also feature the option of self-determined
payment plans. You can make payments when you like in the amount you choose, which offers a lot of flexibility for budgeting. If you're interested in a Vacation Package, you can book online or speak with a friendly Cast Member on the dedicated
Vacation Packages phone line, where they can assist you in booking your magical trip.
Finally, a
Disney Gift Card can be a great budgeting tool. If purchased at certain retailers, you might be eligible for a percentage discount on the purchase of the card, which you can then apply to the purchase of your tickets, hotel stay, and throughout the parks. Plus, you can set a limit for spending for yourself by sticking to using your Disney Gift Card throughout your visit.
I hope you have the best birthday! Take a spin on the Mad Tea Party in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park for me.
