Hi Lori!
I'm so excited to see you are visiting
Walt Disney World Resort in mid-February! The weather is typically perfect during that time of the year. Enjoy!
I love how thorough you are being with your planning! You can complete your
online check-in at any point and up until 72 hours prior to your arrival once your reservation has been linked to your
My Disney Experience account.
Online check-in is the greatest! It's also very easy to do. Simply sign in to your My Disney Experience account. You will see your upcoming reservation. Click to check-in online. Here, you can typically customize your
MagicBand. If you have not yet linked your
Disney Resort hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account, you will need to do that first. Your My Disney Experience account will easily walk you through the online check-in process. You will enter information including preferred mode of message delivery during your vacation, credit card information, Disney Resort hotel arrival time, room location requests, account PIN (to be used for room charges), and your address. Once you have confirmed the information and agree to the terms and conditions, you will be checked in on-line.
When you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, if you have your MagicBand, you can skip the front desk and head straight to your room once you receive a notification your room is ready. Even though you can skip the front desk, I always like to stop by and pick up my Welcome Packet.
Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
