Hey there, Stephanie, and welcome to planDisney!
The Walt Disney World Resort has no shortage of wonder for a 6-year-old's imagination. As our beloved Princess Tiana says, "There's magic in the air tonight, and anything can happen." But when I think about all my experiences with my goddaughter at that age,
Disney's Hollywood Studios comes to mind as the next best place after Magic Kingdom.
Hollywood Studios is full of great attractions like
Slinky Dog Dash, Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run, and
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. Character experiences like
warm hugs with Olaf or reaching for the sky with
Woody, Jessie, and Buzz Lightyear are plentiful. And for some extra magical experiences, this particular park is full of shows for the whole family to enjoy.
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration is fun for the entire family.
Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage is a tale as old as time that still feels fresh every single time I see it. And I can't forget a new favorite of mine,
Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After. I got a front row seat for this one during my last visit, and I had a blast cheering for my favorite villain, Maleficent, as she battled with Cruella de Vil and Captain Hook to get the respect she deserves!
Pro-tip: Check out the
My Disney Experience app to find every available experience for your baby to enjoy. In the map feature, you can choose the park and see where characters are located, attractions and their wait times, and so much more.
Stephanie, I hope I've been able to help you today. If you have any other questions,
come on back for another chat!Happy planning!
