Where are the best stroller parking areas in Magic Kingdom New Fantasy Land? Are there any places where I could lock my stroller to a fence/post? Thank you!

    Howdy Stephanie!

When we visited Walt Disney World this past May, there were two locations for stroller parking in New Fantasyland. One was by Enchanted Tales with Belle and the other was by Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid. You will not find any location where you can lock your stroller to a fence. Actually, locking your stroller to any object is not allowed at Walt Disney World Resort.

When you are in the Theme Parks, as strollers are moved in and out of stroller parking areas by Guests going to the next attraction, Cast Members move strollers around and line them up so that they take up less space and are positioned in a way that is safer for all.

If you are concerned about theft, while I cannot make any guarantees, I can tell you that we have taken a variety of strollers to Walt Disney World over the past 5 years, from inexpensive brands to some of the higher end strollers.

We have never had an issue with a stroller being taken.  Several Guests often leave numerous items in their strollers throughout the day and theft does not seem to be a widespread challenge.  We don't typically leave our backpack, merchandise or anything else in the stroller that we would regret losing.  During the times we have left items in the stroller, nothing has ever been removed.

One suggestion I would make is to add some kind of identifier to your stroller so that you can find it more easily it in the rows of strollers in the parking areas.  I made a brightly colored luggage tag and placed it on ours.  It's helpful not only for me and my hubby but also for my kiddos as we all search for our stroller.

When you park your stroller, you can speak with the Cast Members that are working in the stroller parking areas if you have any concerns.

Thanks for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your vacation.  Have a magical day!
