What's the best way to use my son's DAS Courtesy pass utilizing return times? How should we use it in conjunction with the Fast Pass system? Is there a way to get his band set up so that we can go straight to the Fast Pass lines for any ride?

    Hi Denise,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Plan, plan, plan. Love it!

My family has found the Disability Access Service to be excellent. When you arrive to your first park, stop by Guest Relations to register your son for the service. A cast member will link the service to your son's MagicBand. When we have used the service in the past, my husband's MagicBand was linked to the service and our girls and I could ride with him.

You can use the Disability Access Service with Fast Pass+ service. So go ahead and make your Fast Pass+ selections when your selection window opens - 60 days in advance if staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, 30 days in advance if staying off property. After you have registered for the Disability Access Service when you arrive, here is how the service works. Anyone in the family can approach a cast member at the entrance to a ride or attraction. Explain that someone in your party has the Disability Access Service and request a return time for the ride. Although anyone in your party can request the return time, when you actually return to ride, the person with the Disability Access Service has to check-in first for the attraction.

Each time we have used the Disability Access service, we had to request return times for the rides. We could not just go through the Fast Pass+ lines automatically. The service, however, has always worked great for us because we typically request a return time for rides in between our Fast Pass+ rides, so by the time we use a Fast Pass+ selection, we can go experience another attraction.

    Denise, I hope this helps!
