What is the best route between Caribbean Beach Resort and Yacht and Beach Club? We are staying there in March and my sister is thinking about meeting us for a couple days.

    Hi Kelly,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I love to share a visit to Walt Disney World with my friends and family. How wonderful that you will be able to do this with your sister!

Although there are not buses directly from resort to resort at Walt Disney World, the good news for you is that Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are both fairly close to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, which means that you can leverage transportation to those parks in getting from one resort to the other. To go from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to Disney's Yacht or Beach Club Resort, I would suggest taking the bus from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios. From there, you can catch a Friendship Boat to ride to Disney's Yacht or Beach Club Resort. You can also walk from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Disney's Yacht or Beach Club Resort along a lovely path. This is about a 15 minute walk. You could also catch the bus from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to Epcot, but it will drop you off at the front of the park. You would need to walk through Epcot and out the International Gateway to get to Disney's Yacht or Beach Club Resort. This could be a nice walk, but would require that you have admission to Epcot. In order to return from Disney's Yacht or Beach Club Resort, just reverse these plans.

The options above are using Disney transportation, which will be free. These will absolutely work and be relaxing in their own right, but may take a longer amount of time than you are willing to spend. I would allow 60 - 90 minutes to get door to door from one resort to the other. Another option is to ask a cast member at the front of the resort to call a taxi for you. You will of course have to pay for the taxi, but it would save a good amount of time.

Please do let us know if you have any further questions, Kelly!
