    What are the best room requests to make for a savanna view room at animal kingdom?

    Hello, Darlene,

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is an amazing resort with its richly themed lobby and rooms as well as the amazing views of the savanna. My favorite rooms are those on the Arusha Savanna, specially the Zebra Trail Guest Rooms since those are closer to the pool and The Mara (the counter service restaurant). The rooms I like fall within this range:

    2407 - 2421
    3407 - 3422
    4407 - 4422
    5408 - 5421

    I often find the lower floors (the first ones listed) have better views since you are closer to the animals.  These rooms are also close to the lobby.  

    You may want to explore the rooms and their specific views by visiting the independent website TouringPlans.com and searching for View of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo House. This site will show you the actual views from the rooms so you can see what you would prefer.
