Where are the best restaurants to watch fireworks from?

Why hello there Maia, and welcome to planDisney!

One of the most iconic things that folks often associate with a perfect Disney evening is the chance to watch some incredible nighttime spectaculars with fireworks bursting overhead - and to do so while enjoying a meal is my kind of ideal activity! When we were deciding on venues for a private fireworks viewing location for our Disney Wedding, we tried quite a few different spots across Walt Disney World Resort property and I'm happy to share my thoughts with you:

    • There are even some excellent views from the Disney Resort Hotels and I personally love the feeling of watching fireworks from up high - like watching Luminous The Symphony of Us from Topolino's Terrace atop Disney's Riviera Resort or feeling the fireworks sending little shockwaves through the air to eveyrone lined up along the viewing platforms of California Grill atop Disney's Contemporary Resort. Narcoossee's and 'Ohana also offer excellent views - albeit further away to watch the biggest bursts reflecting on the waters of the Seven Seas Lagoon.
Alternatively, some might suggest booking a Magic Kingdom Fireworks Desert Party such as Seats and Sweets where you can watch from the comfort of Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant but I personally would caution against some of the obstructed views from here, depending on the table you get.

Wishing you all the best on your quest to find a place to feast during fireworks!
