Where are the best restaurants to take little kids in the parks? My kids will be 2.5 and 6 months and I want someplace where diners might not mind a little whining. Also, a good menu for kids would be great!

    Jessica!

So fun to take your littles to Disney World! I've taken my kids at 7 months, 9 months and 2 years. They won't remember it but I certainly will! :)

First of all, I'd say MOST of the restaurants at Disney don't mind a little whining! And you'll probably hear a lot of whining yourself--and not necessarily from your kids! So, don't stress about that!

On our last vacation, I'd say some of the easiest meals were the buffets. You get your food quickly, there is TONS to choose from and they always have a short (like literally for short kids!) kids' buffet with mac-and-cheese and other kid-friendly food. My daughter thought the buffet was magic. She loved it!

Some good buffets: Cape May at the BoardWalk, Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom, Akershus Storybook Dining at Epcot, Hollywood & Vine at Hollywood Studios, Chef Mickey's at The Contemporary, Tusker House at Animal Kingdom and Boma at Animal Kindgdom Lodge.

Another good way to keep away from whining is to do a character meal (a lot of the buffets I mentioned above are character meals). I mean who can whine when you're eating with Mickey Mouse or a Princess?

And as far as kids' menus? Every restaurant accommodates kids' meals! It's Disney after all!
