what is the best restaurant in animal kingdom

    Hi Jody,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I love your question and hope it means you're on your way to explore Disney's Animal Kingdom! There are a number of great spots inside the theme park — from food trucks and kiosks to casual counter service to signature dining — that will serve up a delicious food adventure for you. Let me share two of my absolute favorites.

Satu'li Canteen is a delightful discovery in Pandora – The World of Avatar where the highlight is a build-your-own food bowl. Choose a base (rice and black beans, sweet potato hash, whole grains, salad), a protein (grilled beef, grilled chicken, fish, or fried tofu), and top it with a sauce (black bean vinaigrette, creamy herb dressing, or green onion vinaigrette.) These bowls are so very flavorful! And the Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse is an amazing must-taste dessert.

Without question, my vote for "best restaurant" is Tiffins Restaurant. Personally, I'd vote it one of the best in Walt Disney World. In fact, we have reservations at Tiffins for our next trip and I'm so looking forward to dining there again. The overall vibe offers so much to see and take in and gives the feeling that you're dining in the comfort and care of an amazing world traveling adventurer. Whether you begin your tour outside at Nomad Lounge for small plates and cocktails, or head straightaway to the main rooms, you're sure to enjoy signature dining at its best. Simply perusing the dinner menu is like sitting with a world atlas of amazing food selections and knowing that each is artfully prepared for you.

Jody, here's wishing you a magical stay!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
