What is the best resort for a 4 year old girl? Which moderate resort is easier to get to MK?

    Hi there, Monica!

Every one of the Resorts at Walt Disney World has its own particular focus. For many families, the firtst two considerations are theming and cost.

The Moderate Resorts are wonderful for families. Incredibly themed and loaded with amenities, they provide the immersive Disney experience at a reasonable price.

And for a four-year-old girl, I would strongly suggest booking one of the new Royal Guest Rooms at Port Orleans Riverside, booking now, and available after approximately March 09, 2012.

These new rooms, so rich and detailed, are inspired by classic Disney royalty. Gold and jewels adorn the beds, and headboards sparkle with fiber-optic fireworks. Beautiful, customized linens and textiles enhance the theming throughout - bedding, towels, draperies, all reflect the noble subject of the room.

as far as travel to the Magic Kingdom, the sister Resorts of Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter are second only to the Cabins at Fort Wilderness (also consider a Moderate). disney's Caribbean Beach and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort are the next and farthest, respectively.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
