What is the best resort for kids 3 and 8? They LOVE swimming, so an awesome pool would be definitely a plus. There will be 3 adults and the 2 kids and we'd like to stay in one room. Any suggestions? We'll be there 12/27 or 28 thru 1/2 Thanks

    Hello Linda!
Did you know that when surveyed younger children nearly always say that the best part of a family vacation is swimming?! So, you are wise to think about a great pool when choosing your resort. For your family I have two suggestions.

    1. Disney's Art of Animation: Disney's newest resort is themed to four classic stories- The Little Mermaid, Cars, Lion King, and Finding Nemo. The large family suites include a bedroom with one queen-size bed; one double-size convertible "TableBed"; one double-size sleeper sofa; living room; two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Did I mention TWO bathrooms! This resort hotel is also home to Walt Disney World's largest resort pool, The Big Blue Pool. This zero-depth entry pool holds over 308,000 gallons of water and includes underwater speakers so you and yours can jam to your favorite Disney tunes while swimmin' like the fishes. The littlest tadpoles can enjoy the Schoolyard Sprayground that includes jets and interactive play features.
    2. Disney's Beach Club: Hands down, my personal favorite resort in all of Walt Disney World! This deluxe resort if a short walk to Epcot and a relaxing boat ride from Disney's Hollywood Studios. The beachside themed resort is home to Cape May Café, which offers a breakfast full of Characters. But the big star of this resort is Stormalong Bay.  This three acre pool is more like a mini-water park with its lazy river, water slide, and three whirlpool spas. It also boasts a sand bottom!

Whichever you choose, I know you will enjoy the pixie-dust a Walt Disney World Resort hotel includes!

    See ya real soon!
