What is the best way to reserve a table at Victoria & Alberts? It seems like it gets full within minutes every single day. Is it best to call at 7:00am exactly 180 days before the reservation date, or can it be done online?

Hello Vladimir and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's our pleasure to assist you!
As we often say in our house "Go big, or go home!" and that phrase totally encapsulates a visit to the sublime surroundings of the AAA Five Diamond Award winning restaurant Victoria & Albert's within the elegant and timeless Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
This fabulous dining spot is indeed endlessly popular with many Guests for not only visiting the restaurant as part of a personal celebration but also to experience the fine culinary skills of the dedicated team of chefs who delight in wowing Guests with their seasonal menus.
I usually make my own Advanced Dining Reservations online via My Disney Experience or with the My Disney Experience Mobile app but it's just as successful to speak with a Cast Member in Dining Reservations by dialling the phone number contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  As I'm sure you'll already know Guests may begin making Advanced Dining Reservations up to 180 days ahead of arrival and Disney Resort Guests also have the added perk of making reservations for a further 10 days into their stay which could provide a slight advantage on gaining that elusive dining reservation!
My best tip is to never give up trying to secure a reservation - after all, you never just know when a little Disney magic is going to happen!
    Magical wishes ~ Jane
