Disney’s Vero Beach Resort,
Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, or
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, the
Disney Beach Resorts have all you need for that much-needed rest and relaxation while experiencing Disney magic! It sounds like you have a big travel party for your upcoming trip, so let’s talk about how to get those accommodations!
Of the three beach resorts, Aulani will offer the best availability to accommodate such a large party. This is because while each of these Resorts are also
Disney Vacation Club Resorts, Aulani maintains separate hotel rooms for non-DVC members. While you don’t have to be a DVC Member to book these Resorts, DVC Members generally have priority when booking.
Samuel, I also looked into availability for large parties and found that Aulani (as well as the other Disney Beach Resorts) typically only provide group rates for those booking a minimum of 10 rooms through
Disney Meetings & Events. They typically handle all kinds of events and celebrations such as birthdays and other major life events. Since your travel party won’t meet the minimum, you’ll likely have to book these rooms on your own. I suggest checking availability online (here are the booking links to
Vero Beach,
Hilton Head, and
Aulani). Alternatively, you can also call each Resort to inquire about accommodations as well.
Here’s a bonus tip: since each of the Beach Resorts are DVC Resorts, you’ll also find larger DVC villas that sleep up to 12 people. You may want to consider some of these bigger room types to cut down on the number of rooms needed. Luckily, these larger villas also come furnished with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer!
