What’s the best way to get reservations for Be Our Guest?

    Hi Hillary,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my family's favorite restaurants! We always make our advanced dining reservations at the 180-day mark prior to our vacation, particularly for popular restaurants like Be Our Guest Restaurant and Cinderella's Royal Table. I prefer to book those reservations online but have called to speak to a cast member in dining at 407-939-1947 when trying to make reservations for larger groups.

When I have missed the 180-day window and am trying to find an available reservation at a popular restaurant, I try all of the available dining periods (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) for each day that we will be on vacation. I just keep checking until something opens up. In my experience, there have always been cancellations.

My family loves doing pre-park opening dining reservations at Be Our Guest Restaurant. If you dine here for breakfast or lunch, take advantage of Order-Ahead dining. It will save you valuable time in line at the restaurant. We also just dined there for the new enhanced dinner experience. The food was delicious and the service divine. At any time of day, the Beast's enchanted castle is stunning. We love to dine in The Grand Ballroom and our dinner photos with the Beast are always priceless.

Hillary, I have also occasionally seen families walk-up to the check-in stand at the restaurant and ask a cast member if there is any availability for the day and a cast member has given the family a time to return. I am sending pixie dust your way hoping you can make a dining reservation!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
