    Hi! - What is the best way to request a waterfront room location at Oak Manor for our Oct.30 trip to POR? We have a Royal Guest Room reservation. THANKS!

    Believe it or not, in order to request a waterfront room location in the Oak Manor section of Disney's Port Orleans-Riverside Resort is to simply ask! :-)

    Call Reservations at the number you were provided when you made your reservation, or call (407) 939-6244.  Once you have been connected to a Cast Member who can assist you with your reservation, ask to add the request for a water view room. Keep in mind, too, that you can ask a Cast Member at Check-in if any water view rooms are available that day. We've actually delayed getting assigned a room by an hour or two if it meant that we could get a location that is closer to our original request. 

    Have a wonderful stay at Port Orleans-Riverside! My son and I were just there three weeks ago, and fell in love with the charm of the rooms, the pool, the Cast Members...the whole resort. Enjoy!
