    What is the best way to register for the Royal Family 5K ? It will be my husbands first 5K, he will most likely be pushing my younger daughter (4) in a stroller. My 9 year old might not be able to run the entire time...Should we all be stroller/walk?

    Hi Donna!  The Family 5K's are so much fun and are great races for the family!

    You could do it whichever way you want.  Your husband will have to be in the stroller division if he is pushing one.  However, if your daughter wants to run some of it, it is totally fine for you to be with her in the regular corrals.  Not everyone will be running the whole thing, and some people will be walking it all.  You just won't want to start in the earliest two corrals as those are reserved for the faster runners. 

    You could start with her and run as far as she can, then walk for a while.  This is how I do 5K's with my youngest son.  We generally run for about three minutes, then walk for one minute. 

    But if you wanted to stay together as a family, that would work too.  Just don't worry about having to walk some with your daughter if she is wanting to run.
