Hello! What is the best and quickest way to get from Art of Animation to the Polynesian Spirit of Aloha? And please be painfully specific...I'm a bit directionally challenged and this is my first time traveling to Disney with just me and my daughter. :)

    Hello Emilia!

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  Transportation options at Walt Disney World can seem intimidating so let me try to help.  Since you asked for the quickest route, I would recommend hiring a taxi cab from the front of the resort.  That journey would take around 10-15 minutes.  It will also cost you money.  In order to take advantage of the free Disney transportation service, you should take the following route...  From your resort, hop on a bus heading to Magic Kingdom Park.  Buses typically run about every 20 minutes.  Once at Magic Kingdom,  you will want to walk from the bus depot towards the Resort Monorail station.  You will see it as you look towards Magic Kingdom Park.  Take the monorail to Disney's Polynesian Resort.  Once at the Polynesian, you will need to go downstairs and out through the lobby towards the back.  From there, you will follow signs to Luau Cove.  Please do allow an hour and a half for your journey, to be on the safe side!  Enjoy Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show.  It's one of my favorites!

I wish you a truly magical vacation!
