Welcome to planDisney, Gail! Thank you for stopping by with this question for me. April is a fantastic time to visit
Disneyland Paris with all of the exciting changes on the horizon and I’m delighted to help find the most magical hotel for your visit.
All of the
Disney Hotels welcome guests with disabilities, so you’ve come to the right place to find out about an
accessible room, Gail. Disney Hotels offer specially-adapted rooms, adapted changing rooms at the hotel swimming pools, and wheelchair-accessible shuttle services to the Disney parks. Although these rooms can’t be booked online, don’t lose hope, Gail, as Disney experts will be delighted to help you book your accessible room (subject to availability) when you phone 03448 008 898.
Disneyland Paris offers a MagicALL experience for all guests, and offers a
special-rate ticket for guests with disabilities. All you have to do is:
-Buy your special-rate ticket online
here.
-Show proof of disability at the ticket counters when you arrive, to receive your
Priority Card.
-Show your Priority Card and special-rate ticket to enter the park!
Top Tip: You may also find the
accessible maps useful to take a glance at before your upcoming trip.
I hope this has helped with the planning of your trip in April, Gail. You’ll arrive just after the opening of
World of Frozen, which I’m sure will be worth melting for! As big Elsa and Olaf fans, my family is particularly excited to step into Arendelle on our next trip and find souvenir treasures in the new Arendelle boutique.
Gail, if you have any more questions, I’d be happy to help make your trip extra magical so please come back and visit the planDisney panel.
Dreams and Wishes,
Abi
