What's the best way to get from Port Orleans Riverside to the Polynesian to see the Electric Water Parade? I heard that we may not be able to park a rental car at the Polynesian without a dinner reservation and perhaps should park at the TTC and walk.

    Hi Randy! Welcome to planDisney.

In just one week, you are arriving at Walt Disney World Resort in time to catch The World's Most Magical Celebration before it concludes at the end of March. This includes the two nighttime spectaculars Disney Enchantment and Harmonious. If you time your visit correctly, you can catch both Disney Enchantment and the Electric Water Pageant from the shores of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.

With a car rental, I absolutely recommend you park at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) and walk on over to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I have personally done this many times, and parking is super close to the resort. There is no guarantee Security Cast Members will allow you to park at the resort without being a guest or having a dining reservation.

I suggest you plan to arrive early to enjoy the beauty and fun of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Stop by Tambu Lounge or Trader Sam's Grog Grotto for tropical adult libations. This resort is home to one of my favorite Quick Service Dining Locations, Capt. Cook's. Utilize Mobile Order to try the Thai Coconut Meatballs or the Pulled Pork Nachos. Of course, no trip to this resort is complete without a DOLE Whip® from Pineapple Lanai.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
