Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Mary Pat!
You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. I'm so glad you stopped by with your question today. Can you believe you're just 60 days away from arriving at Walt Disney World Resort? Before you know it, you'll be walking down Main Street, U.S.A., and taking in all the magic of the holiday season at The Most Magical Place on Earth! So, I hope you're ready for a spectacular vacation –– I have a feeling that a lot of pixie-dusted festivities are headed your way!
When it comes to starting your day off on the right foot, you can't go wrong with breakfast at
Steakhouse 71. While I haven't gotten to try it out for myself yet, several of my fellow Panelists have enjoyed it during recent visits and said the food was fantastic –– in fact, I'm only a few weeks away from making my own advance dining reservations for an upcoming trip, and breakfast at Steakhouse 71 is definitely high on my wish list, so I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as they did during your stay. And here's the best part! Plus, in addition to enjoying a tasty meal, there are several easy ways to get to Disney's Contemporary Resort from
Disney's Pop Century Resort –– smooth travels and great food always make for a perfect Disney morning, in my book.
First, you can take advantage of
Walt Disney World Resort's complimentary Resort transportation on your way to breakfast by jumping on the bus from Pop Century to Magic Kingdom Park. Once you arrive, you have two choices –– you can take the monorail to its, very next stop,
Disney's Contemporary Resort, or you can take a stroll on the walking path that leads directly to the Resort. Once breakfast is finished, you'll be able to take that walkway directly back to Magic Kingdom for your
Disney Park Pass reservation or you can take the monorail around the Seven Seas Lagoon to reach the park that way. Or, if you'd rather bypass Magic Kingdom and head straight to Disney's Contemporary Resort for your Steakhouse 71 reservation, I think the easiest way to do this is by using a rideshare service like Lyft or Uber (and if you'd truly like to arrive in style, be sure to schedule a ride in one of the newly-returned
Minnie Van service, available for booking directly through the Lyft app).
Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Mary Pat. I hope this helped to answer your question and I'm wishing you a Walt Disney World Resort vacation that's filled with delicious dishes from start to finish!
Have a Magical Day,
Amy
