What is the best way to get from Pop Century to the BoardWalk? I'll have my 5 year old daughter with me.(GIRLS TRIP this time!) Is there a bus? Any other suggestions?

Hi Jody! What an awesome girls trip you will be taking with your daughter. I too have done a Walt Disney World vacation with mine in the past and the memories we share are priceless.

You have several options that allow you to use the Disney complimentary transportation to get from the Pop Century Resort to the Boardwalk area. The first one would be to catch a bus to Epcot from your resort and then walk through the park to the International Gateway entrance to head over to the Boardwalk which is about a five minute walk. This is walking a long way though and would not be my first choice especially with a young child.

Another option is to take a bus from your resort to Hollywood Studios and then hop on the Friendship boats located just outside of the park. This boat will then take you to the Boardwalk and it is far nicer to ride then walk and I am sure your daughter would enjoy the boat.

Your third option is to take a bus from your resort to Disney Springs. These do not start running until about 9:30am so check on this if you are needing to get to the Boardwalk early. Once you arrive at Disney Springs you would then transfer to the Boardwalk Resort bus.

All of these options will take you quite a bit of time. If you wish to get there fast and easy then I strongly suggest you use a taxi. It would be about a $20 ride and your valet would help you call for one.
