What is the best way to get from Poly to Beach Club? Post check out, we have a 6PM flight. I booked an Ohana breakfast at 1150AM and a lunch resv. at Beaches & Cream at 230PM. Is that enough time between reservations and to get back to MCO? 1/21/26

Hiya, Jennifer! Thank you so much for bringing this question to planDisney. This is exactly the kind of planning puzzle I love helping with. You've picked two iconic dining spots, and I completely understand wanting to fit them both in before heading home. Let's walk through it calmly and realistically so you can enjoy your last day without feeling rushed or stressed.

From Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to Disney's Beach Club Resort, the most budget-friendly option is to use Disney transportation. That would mean hopping on a bus from the Polynesian to one of the theme parks or Disney Springs, and then transferring to a bus that goes directly to the Beach Club. It's absolutely doable, but it does take time and requires at least one transfer. If speed and simplicity are the priority, the fastest and most efficient option would be using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, or booking a Minnie Van through the Lyft app. Those will take you directly from resort to resort with no stops in between.

That said, and this is the most important part, I do think your current timeline would be extremely tight. 'Ohana breakfast is a full, relaxed, family-style experience that typically takes about 90 minutes. Even if you're seated right at 11:50 a.m. (and that's never guaranteed), you'd likely be wrapping up close to 1:20 or 1:30 p.m. Add in time to exit the restaurant, arrange transportation, and travel to the Beach Club, and you'd be arriving right around your 2:30 p.m. lunch reservation IF everything goes perfectly.

Realistically, that leaves no breathing room at all. And even if you did make it on time, I honestly don't think you'd be hungry enough to truly enjoy Beaches & Cream so soon after such a hearty breakfast. On top of that, with a 6 p.m. flight, you'll also want to factor in travel time back to the airport, security, and a bit of buffer for peace of mind.

My heartfelt recommendation would be to cancel the Beaches & Cream reservation. Instead, take your time savoring breakfast at 'Ohana, then enjoy a leisurely stroll around the Monorail loop resorts. The Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and Contemporary are all so lovely to explore and make for a perfect final Disney moment. After that, you can head back to retrieve your luggage and make your way to the airport without feeling rushed.

Jennifer, your last day should feel magical and calm, not like a race against the clock. I promise that slowing things down will make your goodbye so much sweeter. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!
