What are the best places to use your snack credits at each park to get the most out of your snacks? There is a lot of different dining options: Fast Casual, Casual Counter service etc. What is the best places to use your quick service dining credits?

    Hi Emily,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Dining Plans are one of my favorite topics to discuss! Perhaps it is because they remind me of the fabulous food we enjoy at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Using snack credits is so easy and there are so many options! This answer depends on your snack preferences. We often use our snack credits to get ice cream and frozen lemonades. We also love the smoothies at Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies. In one of our Moms Panel Monday Awards posts on the Disney Parks Blog, most moms voted for Dole Whips as their favorite snack.

Since it can be easy to overload on sweet snacks, we try to find healthier options. We occasionally use our snack credits for fresh fruit. But, honestly, we can find some of the same snacks at snack carts or restaurants around the parks.

Generally, to be sure we are getting good value for our dining plan money, we select snacks that are at least $5.00. We also have learned not to use our snack credits for bottled water or soda unless we are absolutely desperate!

One of our favorite quick-service restaurants is Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park. They serve quick-service meals for breakfast and lunch. We also love Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. If dining at Be Our Guest, be sure to make reservations!

    Happy planning!
