Hello Kaitlin and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

We enjoyed our second trip to the Walt Disney World Resort when our two youngest princesses were 8 and 6.  You will have a truly magical time with them at these ages. We learned during that trip how much we all love Character Dining.  Great food along with fun encounters with some of our favorite friends makes for an excellent dining experience.

I think you will find that all of the buffet style Character Dining experiences will have something for everyone. Most have special "kid focused" areas that include items sure to please the most particular princess.  Our favorites that please everyone each trip include:

The Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom for breakfast or brunch: Pooh and his friends celebrate with you while your family enjoys a lovely breakfast selection. Don't miss out on Pooh's Puffed French Toast. It is the stuff dreams are made of.

Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort for dinner:  Mickey and the gang will have you smiling and dancing while you enjoy prime rib, mac & cheese, and delightful desserts.

Cinderella's Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom for a special splurge dinner: Dine like and with royalty where you will find sumptuous options for adults like braised pork shank or beef tenderloin with shrimp while the little ones can still have their chicken nuggets or turkey pot pie.

I hope this helps with your Disney dream vacation planning. If you have more questions come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,
