What is the best places to eat if my kids are allergic to milk and egg products?

    Hi Erin,

As someone with a diary allergy, I can tell you the folks at WDW are very accommodating.  I believe most or all of the restaurants have soy milk.  If you are making a reservation online be sure to type in that a member of your party has an allergy.  If you call in, tell the representative.  Mention it again when you arrive at the restaurant.  In my experience, a chef will come and discuss the menu with you and explain what is safe.  I have found that most of the baked products, breads, muffins, bagels etc. are made off-site and the folks at WDW can't verify that they are not made with butter.  Desserts are also limited to fruit cups.

During our last trip, I was given dairy-free, egg-free waffles at one of the breakfast buffets.  I was told that they have them at most of the restaurants that serve breakfast.

If I had to pick just a few restaurants I would go with 'Ohana, the Garden Grill, Chef Mickey's, and Jiko.  I really think you will finding eating at WDW to be very easy and stress-free.

    Enjoy your trip,

    Michelle
