where is the best place to watch the very merry christmas parade

    Hi Donna!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

I think the best place to watch Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade from is at the end of Main Street USA in Town Square right next to the giant Christmas Tree.  You can usually get a spot relatively easy next to the tree on the side that faces down Main Street USA towards Cinderella Castle.  That is a great spot because the parade will be heading down Main Street towards you!  I have amazing pictures from that spot.  It literally looks like the parade is headed right at you!

Also, be sure to watch the special Holiday Wishes fireworks show.  The best place to watch those are at the other end of Main Street between Casey's Corner and the Castle Hub.  You want to face the castle head on because some elements of the show are symmetrical and is designed so that the best viewing is from the center of Main Street USA.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
