Where is the best place to watch fireworks at WDW? Which restaurants at Epcot and Disney Springs can this be done?

Hello Mark and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question about your upcoming jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.
I truly enjoy helping fellow British Guests gain the most magic from their Disney visits and I'm happy to share my personal favourite places to catch some of the best and most amazing firework displays you're ever likely to encounter!
For me the new Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom Park is best viewed from Main Street, U.S.A where you'll be dazzled by the projection effects and uplifting music and my best restaurant to view Happily Ever After from would be the California Grill
Epcot's IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth are classic Disney pyrotechnics which can be viewed from anywhere around World Showcase Lagoon, but I enjoy them from the UK Pavilion and especially from the terrace of the Rose & Crown Dining Room
You also won't want to miss Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular at Disney's Hollywood Studios either which are best seen from Hollywood Boulevard.
Disney Springs has a plethora of shops and dining opportunities, but to the best of my knowledge there aren't any good vantage points from which to view fireworks from.
    Have a great Disney day.
