What is the best place to watch the electrical water parade? We will be staying at port orleans riverside next month and missee it last year when we were there. Any suggestions?? Thanks...

    Hi Kelly!

Seven words....on the beach with a Dole Whip!  In all seriousness, one of the absolute best viewing spots is on the beach at Disney's Polynesian Resort with a nice tall Dole Whip which is also available at the Polynesian Resort at  Captain Cook's Snack Company.  If this just couldn't get any better, the Dole Whips are self serve!  It is the perfect ending for to a magical day at Walt Disney World.

    Other great locations include:
    • Contemporary Resort
    • Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
    • Wilderness Lodge
    • Fort Wilderness Campground
    • Anywhere outside of the Magic Kingdom, several times my family has watched headed up the ramp to the monorail just as we are leaving the park for the evening.
Another very relaxing way to end your evening is by lounging by the beach taking advantage of an outdoor movie, Cast Members will usually pause the movie during the parade.  Make sure to check with the front desk at your resort or Disney's Electrical Water Pageant Parade for viewing times, remember that the parade will not run if there is inclement weather.

I really hope you get the chance to enjoy this much beloved parade and if you have any questions please visit me again!

    Happy Planning!
