what is best place to view projections from happily ever after

Welcome back to planDisney, Laura Rae! I know you must be excited to be planning a magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort, and there's truly nothing more iconic than watching Happily Ever After light up the night sky above Cinderella Castle! This is a can't-miss experience for me, so I'm happy to chat with you about some of the best viewing locations!

Laura Rae, because Happily Ever After combines fireworks above Cinderella Castle with projections on the castle itself, I have found the best viewing is directly facing Cinderella Castle, which is anywhere from the hub directly in front of the castle all the way down Main Street, U.S.A. as far back as the train station at the front of the park! (Bonus tip - if you're planning to go back into the park following the fireworks, you will want to stay closer to the castle to avoid the exiting crowds!)

Laura Rae, if having a prime viewing spot is important to you, I recommend showing up about 45 minutes before showtime to secure a spot. My family's favorite way to pass the time while waiting is to grab a snack from Main Street Confectionery or the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor to enjoy while we take in the ambiance of Main Street. We almost always head back into Tomorrowland following the fireworks to jump on one or two more attractions before the park closes, so we tend to stay near the ice cream parlor and then take the Tomorrowland Terrace back into the park, which is a little less crowded!

I hope this helps, Laura Rae! If you have any other planning questions before your visit, come on back to planDisney and let us know! We're always here to help you reach out and find your Happily Ever After!

    See you real soon,
    Alison
