Where is the best place to trade pins at DL?

    Hi, Emma!

I'm so happy to hear that you’re interested in Disney Pin Trading at the Disneyland Resort! I began pin trading about five years ago, and I think it’s a great way to enhance your visits to “The Happiest Place on Earth.”

I’m always on the lookout for prime trading locations, too. I think the best method is to always keep your eyes peeled as you're exploring the parks, because some of the best pins (including those sought-after "Hidden Mickey" pins that can't be purchased in the resort shops) can be found on Cast Member lanyards near ride queues or in shops. If you're interested in meeting up with other Guests who also have a passion for pin trading, stop by the tables just outside Little Green Men Store Command in Tomorrowland; it seems to be a popular place for trading and sharing your collection with other enthusiasts. Westward Ho Trading Co. in Frontierland is also a great place to scout out the latest pins and chat with other traders. Don’t forget to ask a Cast Member if there is a pin board kept behind the register for Guest trading. The lobbies of all three resort hotels also keep a large pin board at the Guest Services desk, so be sure to pause for a look as you pass through. Check out this post on the Disney Parks Blog for a sneak peek at some of the brand new pins scheduled to be released at Disney Parks in 2013.

Happy trading, Emma! Please feel free to ask me more questions as you plan your Disneyland Resort visit.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
