Hi Moms where is the best place to stay on Caribbean beach resort.. Don't want to be too far away from the main reception but close enough to the best pools ..Thanks

    Hi, Jane!

I’m happy to hear you’re planning a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks for visiting us with your great question.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a large, tropical-themed moderate resort in the Epcot area and is quite scenic! Preferred rooms are located closest to Old Port Royale, the main activities area housing the food court, restaurant, shops, lobby and arcade, plus a large pool, water slide and whirlpool. The bus stop and parking lot are also in this area. Although the walk between Old Port Royale and the resort rooms is pretty, it can be lengthy—some are up to 15 minutes away by foot. Booking a preferred room cuts down on walking distance and adds convenience, which can be very important to some. These rooms are located in the Martinique and Trindad North sections of the resort. Preferred rooms do cost more than standard, but in my opinion it’s worth it, especially if you’ll have kids with you.

I hope this is helpful, Jane, and that you have a great Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Please visit us again with more questions as your trip approaches!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
