Where is the best place to purchase Disney tickets? How can you save money on food?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tima! There’s nothing that burns a hole in my pocket faster than a Park Hopper ticket!

I always buy my Park tickets from the online portal on MyDisneyExperience.com. You will be guaranteed a real, verified ticket that can immediately be linked up to your MagicBand, which is complimentary with a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Stay. I have bought tickets at a few other reliable sources such as Shades of Green military desk (courtesy of my Coast Guard brother), AAA and my Travel Agent. If you are staying and playing for multiple days, please look at the Park Hopper tickets; because the longer you stay, the cheaper the day’s cost! As far as saving money on food, our family has this down pat! We always go the a la carte route, sharing entrees and purchasing an extra side at Quick Service Restaurants and getting complimentary cups of ice water wherever we go. This saves some cash for special Disney Snacks like an Auntie Gravity’s milkshake or the classic Mickey Ice Cream Bar. We also purchase groceries at Garden Grocer and have them delivered to our hotel room. This lets us have a few sandwich lunches before naps as well as gives us bottled water, granola bars and even a few pastries for breakfasts at a steep savings.

If I can help you plan out a few more meals or choose which Parks may be the best fit for you, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
