Hi Chrissy!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love that you are considering ways to use the
Disney Skyliner to enhance your relaxation and entertainment experience at the Walt Disney World Resort!
It depends on what kind of drink you prefer. There is a Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company located near the Disney Skyliner station at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. It's perfect for a quick stop to get a beverage to go as you keep moving through the day! If you are in the mood for a few nighttime beverages, I recommend debarking at the EPCOT Skyliner Station near the EPCOT International Gateway where you have several food and beverage options. On our last visit, we grabbed appetizers and drinks at the
ESPN Club. There were several college football bowl games going on, so the atmosphere was lively. At Disney's Yacht Club Resort, try the
Ale & Compass Lounge or the
Crew's Cup Lounge. At Disney's BoardWalk Inn, try the
Belle Vue Lounge for a nostalgic and out of the ordinary experience. After drinks, you could go for a stroll along Disney's BoardWalk. We find it relaxing and energizing depending on what we choose to do while strolling!
If you decide to do dinner and drinks, visit
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera. The atmosphere is lovely, views are gorgeous, and the food is delicioso! My family dined here for breakfast on our last trip and adored everything about the restaurant. Or, for a Latin-infused, Caribbean flavor, visit
Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort holds special memories for my husband and me because it was one of the resorts we visited before bringing our girls on their very first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. We still remember those couple-only days!
Chrissy, I also recommend taking a look at the available menus prior to your visit. If you check the home page of each dining or bar location and click on View Menu, you should be able to review the options. Doing so always helps us to make our decision. Sending you lots of pixie dust in the planning process!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
